Emotional, practical and informational support for you and your partner before during and immediately after the birth of your baby.
 
The package includes.....
2x antenatal meetings to get to know each other better, look at how birth works, your hopes/fears and birth preferences to plan for your birth.
Support throughout your whole labour (however long that may be!)
Immediate postnatal support in the first few hours with your newborn
1x follow up postnatal meeting around day 3/4
Phone/email/whatsapp support throughout and up to 6 weeks postnatally.
 
A free 30 min consultation/meeting is offered prior to booking me as your birth doula to ensure we are the right fit for each other, it is important you book the right doula for you.
 
Full terms and conditions of the contract will be shared at this meeting also.
