Someone who is there for you to offer emotional and practical support who is highly trained and experienced in the birth process and beyond?
Maybe you are new to this and nervous going into birth not knowing where to turn, what options are there for you and how you will manage it or you are hoping for a better experience than last time.
Would you like to fill your pregnancy with positive preparations, helping you believe in yourself and your abilities to birth your baby. Someone who continues that support looking after you through the whole birth, someone you have got to know and learnt to trust, someone you know has got your back - ensuring your prefrences and choices are honoured and respected, who can help you ask questions to make informed decisions that are unique to your own individual needs at that time and be your birthing wing woman!
Once your baby is born do you want this support to still continue, someone to be there to listen to you, someone who has become a friend who is knowledgable and can provide you with evidence based and up to date information to guide you in your decision making as a new parent, to empower you in your own decisions and have no judgement, and to help protect your own welbeing giving you time to heal and recover physically.

This package includes...
 
The full Hypnobirthing course - taken over one 6 hours day or two shorter 3 hour sessions at times/days to suit you.

The full Birth Doula package....
 
2x Antenatal meetings in your home to discuss your individual needs, prepare and plan for your birth and build on our relationship
 
Emotional and practical support during your labour (however long that may be!)
Immediate postnatal support in the first few hours with your newborn
 
Plus the full postnatal package...
 
15 hours of postnatal Doula support in the home, focusing on emotional support, feeding support, bonding and postnatal recovery. This is to be taken at days/times to suit you from my availability (min of 2 hours per visit).
 
Introductory baby massage session in your home plus oil & handouts to keep.
 
Phone/email support throughout each step and up to 12 weeks postnatal.
 
Extra ad hock antenatal/ postnatal hours can be added at an additional cost (see contract).
 
A free 30 min consultation is offered before purchasing this services to meet me and ensure we are the right fit to go forward and work together, it is really important you find the right Doula for you we will be spending alot of time together and sharing the most intimate beautiful journey.
